Mimicat (1) – Let’s you target a card in your opponent’s Graveyard and bring them to your side of the field.They then become a Toon monster, so you can attack your opponent directly with their own card and protect them with Toon Kingdom. Comic Hand (2-3) – You equip this to an enemy Monster and bring them to your side of the field.That way, you either have your best Monster on the field or can use the effects of the other two to bring him out anyway. You should almost always choose Toon Black Luster Soldier, Toon Dark Magician, and Red-Eyes Toon Dragon. Toon Page-Flip (3) – Allows you to pick three Toons from your deck and then your opponent randomly chooses one of them that is instantly summoned.Can be a lethal finishing move if you have Toon Black Luster Soldier on the field. Toon Rollback (1) – Allows one of your Toons to attack your opponent twice.Does not have the protective qualities of Toon Bookmark, though. Toon Table of Contents (3) – Also used to bring a Toon card into your hand from the deck.After using it, you can also banish it from the Graveyard to protect Toon Kingdom from being destroyed. Otherwise, use it to grab a Spell or Trap from your deck that you need. Toon Bookmark (3) – If you don’t have Toon Kingdom on the field or in your hand, this should be used to grab one.Allows you to use all of your Toon card effects and protect your Toon monsters from attacks by discarding the top card on your deck. Toon Kingdom (3) – Your ultimate weapon, protect it at all cost.Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring (1-3) – Same case as Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit, but relies on your opponent playing something to get a card from their deck.Keep it in your hand and discard it to destroy an opponent’s Spell, Trap, or Monster using an effect. Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit (1-3) – Never put this monster on the field unless you are desperate.For every Dragon on their field or in their Graveyard, this monster gains 500 attack. Toon Buster Blader (1-2) – The only time you should use this card is if your opponent has a deck filled with Dragons.Toon Gemini Elf (1-2) – Opposite of Toon Masked Sorcerer, Toon Gemini Elf has a good attack value for a four-star card and will let you discard an opponent’s card from their hand.If you deal damage to them, you can draw a card, but you are leaving yourself open to take damage leaving it in attack position. Toon Masked Sorcerer (1-2) – Should be used on defense only.The Blackstone of Legend (1-2) – Should be tributed to bring in Red-Eyes Toon Dragon.Will need another Toon on the field to Special Summon it. Toon Harpie Lady (2-3) – Another Monster that you should place in defense unless you Special Summon it to destroy an opponent’s Spell or Trap.Toon Mermaid (2-3) – This Toon should only be used in defense.Toon Cyber Dragon (1) – The main use for Toon Cyber Dragon is to summon it if you have no other Monsters on the field to give you something to buy time.Red-Eyes Toon Dragon (1-2) – When this is on the field, you can summon other Toon Monsters without needing to sacrifice anything.Toon Dark Magician (2-3) – If you have a Toon card in your hand, you can discard it to instantly summon another Toon Monster or pull a Spell or Trap you need from your deck.3,000 attack and can banish any card on your opponent’s side of the field, removing them from play. Toon Black Luster Soldier (1-2) – Your best offensive weapon.Keep in mind that you can only have a max of 60 cards in your deck, so find whatever number of each card works best for you.
